Thus, network has become the important ecology in the boundaries of labour market and organisations naturally.
What's more, people are tend to start to do business via social networking which is counted as an ideal workplace for them. The main reason would be it can cut down their costing. For example, they doesn't need to pay any money to open up a group on Facebook for the business purpose, naturally able to arise the people's curiousity towards the group and they will just come and join the group if they are interested.
To conclude, I think if the business sectors without the joint work of network, there must be a lot of problematic and the country will fall behind.

I agreed with this sentences "in the same time they also can start on their business on Facebook by creating group.", it really truth, sometimes if a person social life is big, it can made the business become widely as well.Too bad that the boss always think that is not a good habit for employees mix up their social life with work. This is human being, everyone got their different needs, just like employee want a comfort and relax environment for work such as they can having their social life while working, in other part boss want the employee be professional and concentrate in work. ReplyDeleteIts true that the employees will log in social network like Facebook on the working time, but then because of the convenience of network, people will bring back home their job and do it in non-working time. There are employees still working through their laptop or mobile phones when they are in holidays or vacation. There are many people work from home too and they will on Facebook or MSN in order to keep in touch with their collegue in office. So on social network and MSN is part of their job too. =)

If it were to compare the working pattern old days with the working pattern now, there are actually becomeing mroe flexible and individualism in the sense of social+working=permitted! in old days, people will only work,work, and work and made them a tension day but now, beside than working,they might usiong other social networking tools to communicate that is related to work! thus, it creates an alternative way for worker to enjoy their work.
